Try putting some coffee grounds, and baking soda in a coffee filter and setting it in the car, you can make a couple and put them in, also you can tie the tops to make little pouches if you are worried of them spilling. That should help. Also sprinkle baking soda on the seats/floor and let it sit for a few mins then vacuum it up. That will help take smell out of the material
There is a spray you can get that eliminates smoke oder, I bought it at a car dealership. Also they say if you dust baking soda on carpet and seats overnight, then vacuum. Also if you have inside vents, replace them.

Unfortunately, if the plastic in the interior has already absorbed the smoke, and if it has penetrated into the fibres of the fabric, the only way that it can be totally eradicated is to remove the pieces and replace them.
Although it is possible to try to 'mask' the smell with various air freshener sprays, etc. these are only temporary. The source of the nasty odour is the chemicals in the smoke that will continue to seep out of the fibres.
Ventilate - Use Febreez - Steam Clean.etc.
