Hi Vic, is this the recipe you're looking for - https://purity.designuspro.com/en/sredstva/glicerin-ot-zapotevaniya-okon.html
Here are some recipes: https://www.hometalk.com/search/all?filter=Glass%20cleaner
Windshield washer fluid already has alcohol in it. Windshield washer fluid is a brightly-colored liquid made of methanol, a poisonous alcohol. Glycerin is an oily substance that leaves a film on the glass as it's polished. it can also attract dust and dirt if not polished properly.
Hello. It is not really a common ingredient in DIY recipes. Here’s a link for your consideration with some alternative ideas

Here is an answer to your question https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-formula-for-cleaning-windows-with-soap-alcohol-and-glycerin
Windshield washer fluid is all I use. It is made to remove oil and road grease so it works all by itself and is SO much cheaper than the blue stuff in the bottle. Buy a spray bottle in the dollar store for it and you will have enough to last a REALLY long time.
Here's a link that mentions adding a small amount of glycerin to water:

Wipe edges with newspaper or a clean, microfiber cloth to dry completely. For bathroom windows and mirrors, add a few drops of glycerin to plain water and spray the surfaces and wipe dry with a clean, microfiber cloth.
Thank you, however, I'm looking for a particular formula that I lost.
Washer fluid is already a window cleaner, the other ingredients aren't necessary. No offense but this recipe seems overly complicated. I use a combo I read on Bob Vila which is much simpler with less difficult ingredients.
Hi Vic, here's one more for you to try,

I know if you add a few drops of glycerin to a spray bottle and clean your bathroom mirror that will help keep fog from forming.
