I have always used a squeegee to wipe down water from walls and glass doors after each shower. Ensure fan runs during shower and after for a few minutes. You won't need your cleaner you are looking for.
You can mix 2/3 white vinegar with 1/3 water in sray bottle and spray the walls before using the squeegy ot wipe the walls down. (Leave the door/window open or fan on to get rid of the vinegar smell.)
Haven't used it, but have read reviews about wet&forget that are stellar. Might be better than a home mix

I'd try just spraying white vinegar after each shower, I think that would really help keep the mildew at bay.
