Would help to know what kind of tiles. Porcelain tiles have a completely different surface from terra-cotta tiles and will require a different approach. You might try a product called CLR.
what type pf tiles?
Try cor or for a more greener clean up try equal parts lemon juice and borax, or try salt and vinegar but let it stand for around 4 hours then scrub with a pumice stone
Thanks for the replies, they are porcelain tiles. Will check out CLR but not sure it is sold in the UK.
Coke will remove rust from almost anything.
Coke was the first thing I tried but unfortunately had no effect, going to try lemon and salt next.
have you tried CLR. I've used it on lots of things, even pool tile.
Can't buy CLR in the UK, will try lemon and Borax. Also came across Hammerite Rust Remover. Thanks for all your replies
