Air Freshener/Room Spray –Mix 1 cup water, 1 Tablespoon baking soda, and a few drops of vanilla extract or to leave it unscented as the baking soda is an odor eliminator) in a spray bottle.
You could put some in a diffuser, but it won't be very strong.
If you have one of those little pots in which you put a tea candle and water, you can add vanilla to the top section with the water and the heat from the candle will make your home smell really nice. Imitation vanilla is good for this.
To warm up a room with a scent try simmering water on the stove with it.
That will bring the scent around easily.
Using a cotton ball, dab just a touch on the top of your lamp's cold lightbulb (JUST a touch-no drips!). Wait for it to dry and turn on your lamps. The heat of the bulb will cause a lovely vanilla scented infusion into the room.
Thanks
