What do you mean? Do you mean why would you put it in a closet? I would suggest maybe storing on a high shelf if you have little ones. I def. would store it inside the house and not in a hot/cold garage.
Depending on the use Clorox makes a great disinfectant though it will need to be watered down first.
I store my clorox in my utility closet.
You can store it in a closet
If you are referring to a recent post called "Put Clorox on you closet" it was a very misleading post by Hometalk. The post was about how to bleach wood, it was not about a closet at all. It was a piece tall storage piece that someone used bleach on to change the color of the wood.
Not clear what you are asking about putting Clorox in closet??? can you re-ask your question with more info?
Only reason to USE bleach in a closet would be a diluted mixture of bleach and water to remove and mold and mildew. Some use bleach to bleach wood to remove stains or lighten the color.
I can't imagine why anyone would use Clorox chlorine bleach in a closet. If they came in contact with clothing it would potentially ruin them. However, there are many Clorox products that could be useful in a closet. Perhaps something to disinfect. I used to keep the spray for my shoes until I put charcoal bags in them.
Is this like putting baby in a corner?
You can clean the walls in a closet with a mixture including bleach, but I would not just leave open bleach in a closet.

Not sure what you are asking? Looking for ways to store it? Using it for cleaning?
I’m not sure? What is the end goal? If it was a project you saw on Hometalk, try the search bar at the top left.
I think it is best to store them in a closet which is away from reach of children.
