I use it to mop my floors and in general cleaning. It depends on what I am cleaning as to the application but I never use it straight.

Hi Donald, this may help you out, fill a mister with plain old white vinegar from the grocery store. Mist around your room. The beauty of vinegar as an air freshener is that it doesn't leave behind cheap artificial fragrances and works by freshening the air rather than covering up the smell.
