I would contact the company and ask.
If they're nylon, you can use warm soapy water. If in doubt, contact the manufacturer.
Use a vacuum, ideally with a brush tip,to vacuum over the entire surface of the blind (front and back).
Use a damp cloth to remove any stubborn debris or stains off the blind. There’s no need to use any harsh chemicals.
Probably polyester. If you know the brand or manufacturer contact them or do a Google search. Otherwise I would try soapy water and a sponge. Really foam up the suds and gently apply with a sponge. Wipe off with a damp cloth. I wouldn't use any chemical cleaners.
What material are they made of? Hopefully you can find information on the blind or the header of the manufacturer and then Google the name. They likely have a customer service department that could provide you advice.
If there are soiled spots or fingerprints, remove them using a spray foam cleaner made for fabric or upholstery. Spray the product directly on the area, then wipe with a damp, clean sponge. Scrub gently in the direction of the pleats. Blot with a dry cloth to remove excess water, then rehang once completely dry.
As with wood blinds and shutters, never use water or liquid cleaners on woven wood and natural material shades. Lightly dust with a feather duster or lint-free, soft cloth. If soiled, gently wipe with a lightly dampened white cloth, but don't get “wet.
vacuum off and spot clean if you need to
If they are easy to remove, dunk them in a soapy water filled bathtub and rinse under shower, or take outside and hose off after an brushing (both sides) with a soft soapy bath brush and let drip dry.
Use a microfiber duster that has "magnetic" pull when you rub it, which charges with static.
I would dust it with a microfiber cloth - like Norwex or Ecloth. You can vacuum them too if any dust clumps remain.
I would guess that if they are vinyl they can be wiped down with warm soapy water. The manufacturer probably has some instructions on their website.
Vacuumed them
Check with the blind manufacturer, as they will have the best cleaning instructions. You could vacuum them and then wipe down with a wet cloth.
