How do I clean old and fragile plastic Venetian mini blinds?

Unclip from brackets at window, place in tub of soapy water and use a soft scrub brush . Layout to dry on a beach towel. Don't let them bully you, they only cost like $7. Each.

Depending on your financial status... I would buy new ones... they are really cheap.

If they are fragile, they were probably cheap. It's the landlord's responsibility to replace them. After 6 years, it's called normal wear. I am a former landlord.

I afre with all the advice but if you must... Dawn and vinegar in a tub of hot soapy water with a long handled scrub brush.
