How to clean faux wood blinds of yellowing?

Bought a house where previous owner must have smoked at one time. Side of blinds they kept closed to the inside is yellowed. I’ve tried everything I could think of to remove the yellow. Any suggestions?

Try TSP cleaner found In the paint ilse. It work for on my parents walls before we painted them removes the tar and oils that cause the yellowing
I've taken mine down & soaked them in the bathtub using laundry soap, Oxyclean & a quarter cup of bleach. Use a soft scrub brush to gently scrub them. It helps A LOT to have a helper when doing this. I've also done it outside using a cheap plastic window box type planter (use a water proof tape to cover drain holes) & give them a good spray with the hose to rinse after scrubbing. gain, it helps to have a second pair of hands when doing this.
