yeah you need to get rid of those liones
70% rubbing alcohol
I suggest you get a gun to deal with the liones.
I use a damp microfiber cloth for a streak free shine. Supercloth is my favorite. If you can't reach the exterior windows, try Fuller's exterior window cleaner that attaches to a hose.
Vinegar, water and newspaper or a lint free cloth or microfiber cloth. Use a squeegee if you have difficulty with streaks.

First, take an equal amount of vinegar and water and mix them together in a spray bottle. White distilled vinegar will work best for this. Then, spray the solution on your windows and let it sit for around two to three minutes. Lastly, use a gentle cloth to wipe away the cleaning solution and avoid any streaks.
I use half and half plain white vinegar and water, spray on and wipe with a microfiber cloth.
