Hair dryer. Start in one corner where you can get enough peeled up to grab it with your fingers and work your way across the door, heating as you go.

I had the situation when I bought my house. Previous owner never removed it from the windows. I made a solution of white vinegar, water 50/50 and a small amout of dishwashing soap. I sprayed that on and let it sit a minute while cleaning the frame and trim. Most came off on wiping and used a razor blade scraper on stubborn areas. Rewetting as needed. Good luck!

Safety razor blade or put one in the scrapers you can get just about anywhere that take the safety razor blades, they work real well and is safer than just using the slippery blade.
