Arwen,. There should be instructions that came with the wood stove. Call the manufacturer for a manual on your model. Aloha!
Stove and pipes are sold separately. Use at minimum a double wall pipe and if possible, install the through the ceiling. YOu can get a fan blower that installs in in the piping that throws a lot of heat that would normally go up the pipe and be wasted heat.
