I had two boxes of crafting tape that was sitting around. Every time I wanted to use it, I would have to rifle through all the tape to find the one I wanted. I decided there had to be a better way.using 5 tier hangers, I organized my tape according to size and theme. What I got was a solution that not only saves time, but empties two boxes from my shelves.
Two boxes of tape, all different sizes and colors.
Simple five tier hanger (I found mine at Target for $7.00)
Open the bar that pants are to go on, and load your tape. I did mine by occasion, topic and size.
Snap all hanger pieces back in place
Can now hang in closet, on hanger in wall, and all can easily be seen
I did two hangers and will be hanging them above one and other in my closet. I am planning on doing my ribbon this way too.
Suggested materials:
  • Tape, hanger   (Tape was bought all over the place and the hanger was from Target.)

Nice idea. Thanks for sharing it. Can you access the tapes from both sides, or must you remove all to get to the one you choose to use? I could use this for threads I think.
