Set it up so that it is convenient for you. It's all common sense. Pen and pencil holder close to phone with message pad. I have 2 oversized monitors at eye level and, yes, 2 keyboards. Get a paper holder one for in and one for out then get a pen holder with paper clip tape holder small clock go to office max for organizers
Throw away anything you can. It's easier to organize when you have less clutter.
