Shelves floor to ceiling or wooden/plastic crates. When they are on sale at Michaels you can get a good deal. -

For the small items they can be stored in prescription pill bottles. Label and store in pretty boxes on shelving -

You can get a plastic rolling cart with drawers. It's lightweight and easy to move around. -
