Scented Eggshell Candles, Perfect for Easter or Spring

Remember my last post when I shared a fun way of recycling eggshells, painting them in pretty pastels and using them as Easter egg planters?
Today I have another fun project for you, using again ... recycled eggshells! :) And some other natural ingredients like soy flakes and essential oils to make some beautiful homemade candles, perfect for your Easter or spring decor.

I wanted the candles to stand on their own, so I also did my magic trick again and created individual bases for all the candles ( (check on the blog how to make a base )
The procedure is quite simple, you just melt the soy flakes, center the wicks inside the eggshells and pour the melted soy wax.
Le t them sit for a few hours until the soy wax hardens and use them all around your home!
Use happy fabrics (polka dots are the happiest, right? :) )and some things that you already have in your home to create texture and layers for your decor - ( (find a few ideas on the blog )
And create simple but stunning decors for your home, for Easter or spring.

Not to mention the fact that your home will smell amazing from the essential oils, making your home fresh for the holidays - find more tips and tricks for making your own scented eggshells candles (even if you cannot find soy flakes) on the blog.
