Craving for a unique way to serve food during the holiday season, rather than bringing out standard plates and bowls, I took a walk to my junk stash instead.
Gathering anything that could hold something in a unique way, this is what I came up with. What do you think? Too different or super cool?

Here's what I did...
A vintage sleigh makes a whimsical centrepiece AND serving tray.
A vintage scale is the perfect place to stash your favourite treats up high, so you have more room down below.
Need extra space? An old wooden ironing board is a cool stop for a coffee station. Layer your coffee needs with an old crate for extra room.
Bingo cards make the coolest coasters. If they're the vintage variety, have them laminated for water protection.
If you're still serving your coffee pods in their boxes, try a cake pan instead. Even the spoons have a home in this one.
