Day of the Dead Sugar Skull Plate

A Dollar Store ceramic plate is easily transformed into a colorful Day of the Dead Sugar Skull treat plate with etchall® creme and DecoArt® Americana® Multi-Surface Satin™ Acrylics.
Instructions:
Use squeegee to apply thick layer of etchall® creme. Let set 15 minutes.
Return creme to bottle. (It is re-usable.) Wash and dry etched plate.
Use fine paint brushes and all shades of Multi-Surface Satin acrylics to embellish etched sugar skull. Heat set according to manufacturer instructions.
