So I wasn’t completely happy with the 1st project, so I finished this one
So I grabbed a couple of my wine barrel staves and cleaned them up!
Then I cut them into 4 pieces, about 9” sanded the sides for a little more smoothness!
Then o drilled a hole in three of them, and 5 holes in one! (You’ll see why later)
once I drilled the holes, I sand them a little for smoothness!! The dusted them off again!
Then I prepared them for painting!!
so I really like the rustic look! So the top piece I painted blue, then the middle I painted white, then the 2 outer ones I painted red!! Then once the blue one was dry I painted 3 stars!!
Once the 3 bottom ones were dry I started painting the wording, (again I do all my letters free hand)
Once all my wording was done and dried, I started putting it together with wire!! Then I added the wire to the top for hanging!
and here is my finished product!! I love it!!
