Here is our Thanksgiving Tablescape inspired by two very adorable Acorn Salt & Pepper Shakers. I popped in to favorite local store today and found these two adorable Acorn Salt and Pepper Shakers for .95 cents that I knew would be perfect for our table. Now we are going to one of my best friends for Thanksgiving this year. We usually cook and have it here, but this year we’re sharing cooking and taking and so excited to go to their house for the day. So we still want to have a Thanksgiving Dinner at our house with our family and we’ll do that on Sunday. We like to do the traditional dinner with Turkey, Mashed Pototoes, Gravy & Stuffing and lots more. I did our table on a budget and let me tell you how. I found the Placemats at a thrift store for $3 and loved the texture to them. I just got the charger plates at the .99 Cents store. They are perfect because I’ll only use them once a year and they just got red in so I probably will need those for Christmas too huh? I made the napkins from a floral sheet I found for $4 and also made the pillows in our living room earlier in the season. I found the Turkey Napkin Rings for $2 and there is 8 of them. I found the big Turkey Toureen for $6 and love it. The two smaller turkeys were found at Ross $2.99 each. The Give Thanks plate was $3 and the candelabra was just found a few weeks ago for $5 along with the gold candles for $2. The burlap Pottery Barn inspired wine bag was easy to make and there’s a “how to make it” if you want to see that post.
The gourd like pumpkin with the florals was found for $3 and the florals were from the Dollar Tree and were used on our mantel too. The candleholders on the table came from thrift stores. The three gold dots and check were 3/.95 and I think they are very Kate Spade inspired. I found these two check Bloomingdale candle holders for $2 for the pair and I LOVE them too. The turkey napkin rings were 8 for $3 and I like them better sitting on top of the napkins. For cost, most of the items I had but bought a few new things this years. Bargain shopping tips for holiday items on the blog, please come on over for more details. And there’s our Thanksgiving Tablescape and how I put it together. How do you decorate your table?? Are you cooking this year or going to friends or familys?
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day, Lisa
