Let’s take a quick trip down memory lane. Remember those little tissue paper crafts we used to make in school? You know the ones with the little squares of tissue paper (or I’ve even seen crepe paper used), and all you needed was glue and a pencil? I used to love those. And I feel like every kid should have a chance to make the classic tissue paper craft. So today I’m showing you how to make this cute Candy Corn Tissue Paper Craft complete with a FREE PRINTABLE pattern (Harvest or Halloween choices!) AND some FREE colorful Candy Corn Quote Prints just for fun on my website. I think candy corn is one of those things you either love to eat, or love to hate. But no matter how you feel about the taste of candy corn, you gotta admit that candy corns make some pretty cute crafts.

Get out your gift tissue paper and some scissors.
You will also need:
Elmer’s Glue
a pencil with an eraser at the top
and white cardstock with pattern on it

You can use the FREE Printable candy corn activity sheet on my website.  I’ve provided a few options of all my printables, so choose which one is best for you.  You will find the links to download these candy corn printables on my website at http://makinglifeblissful.com/2017/09/candy-corn-craft-and-printables.html
Cut your tissue paper into 2 x 2 inch squares.  You can cut more than one sheet at a time or use a paper cutter.  This only takes a few minutes.  The squares do not have to be perfect.
Twist a small square tissue paper if necessary so it looks kind of like this.
Dip the end in the glue. Stick it down onto your candy corn print.  The tissue should stick up a little.  It’s okay if it’s a little crinkled too.  Repeat with another piece of tissue
Start filling up your candy corn with the different colors of tissue paper.  Let the glue dry thoroughly.  There is no perfect way to do this.  Just enjoy the process.
So I want to know, do you remember this classic art from school?
