Crack up all your friends with this ridiculously funny concrete project! It uses some readily available things and an ice cube mold.
This uses a novelty ice mold to cast yourself some concrete teeth. But trust me, it is worth it! RapidSet Cementall is a quick setting concrete that will be super hard in one hour.

See full detailed instructions here
Grab an old zipper (Maybe from those old jeans) after you painted the teeth as you like with some acrylic paint. Glue in place. Set the mouth open as much as you like and glue.
To 'bulk up' your stone use tin foil to make a nice shape. It can be molded quite nicely and hold it's shape prior to covering with concrete.
Mix up some concrete at a consistency that will hold it's shape and cover your stone. It does not have to be perfect; it is supposed to be nature created. 'Stop laughing as you make them' Smooth edges up to the zipper with a flat tool.
Where will you put yours?! I had some fun on the beach, or set them in the rock garden. Sneak some under the house plants to add a smile to your day. Imagine at the dentists office...
