I made giant Easter carrots and posted them here on Hometalk a few weeks ago and I decided I needed a giant bunny butt to go with them. We had some insulation foam board in the barn so I made it out that. I also made a small one to go in my flower display.

I cut out the pieces, peeled off the paper and glued it together with waterproof glue. Then I mixed exterior paint, glue and baking soda to make texture. I applied the texture and then dabbled it all over with the end of the stipple brush.

I used metallic paint’s to highlight all the area’s. After they were dry I painted exterior paint on the back and sprayed them with outdoor poly.

I bought two pieces of fencing at Home Depot. I added some brown metallic paint smudges for garden dirt to the fencing and added the carrots. I had most of my materials but you could probably make it for around 25.00 to 35.00 dollars if you need to buy everything.

These rabbits are reeking havoc around here! I hope you enjoyed my craft tutorials and I wish you a happy and blessed Easter.

I bet the kiddos in your neighborhood beg their parents to drive by your house!
