Need a fun craft for the kids for Easter time? Check out this fun, easy, and cute craft you can make with the kids around Easter time, with a Boy Scout or Girl Scout troop, nursing home, or pre-school.
Gather your supplies of little terracotta pots, glitter eggs on a stick, and washi tape.
Decorate the pots as much or as little as you want with the washi tape. I went for minimal, but my kids went crazy and covered the entire pot. That is part of the fun, they get to make it how they want!
Place a little Styrofoam in the bottom of the pot to help anchor in the eggs on a stick. You can trim the stick eggs or keep them long, your call!
Place a little crinkle cut filler paper in the top, or you can do candy. I also like to add about 3 eggs per pot, but really your call have fun with it!
Here is a video tutorial on how to make this cute and fun Easter craft!
I went a little clean and simple with my eggs with a section of washi tape at the top and bottom of the pot and 3 eggs per pot all staggered at different heights.
My kids (ages 5 and 8) had a blast making their own pots covering them completely with the washi tape, and that is all part of the fun let them come with their own creations!
