This is a very inexpensive and easy wreath to make - great for all of those patriotic holidays and celebrations. It is also easily adaptable to make for many other occasions as well.

You'll need:

14" wire wreath form (Dollar Tree)
2, 9ft. tinsel garlands (Dollar Tree)
Door hanging bell decor (Dollar Tree)
Hot glue gun (Glue gun - craft stores, glue sticks Dollar Tree)
Hot glue your tinsel into place at the top of the wreath form.
You will start winding the tinsel around the wreath form, adjusting as you go for tightness and space.
You're first garland should take you about 1/2 way around. Hot glue the end of the first one into place. Hot glue your next garland into place at the bottom of the wreath form where you left off, and continue around.
As you get to the top of your wreath, slide on your door hanging bell decoration.
Center your door hanging bell decoration and finish wrapping the tinsel. When you get to the end, hot glue the end into place at the top.
I kept the original plastic tag on the wreath and used it to hang my wreath from.
