This set of stunning gold accented pumpkins will add to the beauty of your home decor from the first day of Fall through Thanksgiving.

One side has has bats and a spooky jack-o-lantern face for Halloween, and the other side is plain so it will blend in with your Harvest decorations.

With paper mache pumpkins, paint, and adhesive vinyl, you can make these too.
Paper Mache pumpkins are great for customizing to match your decor. You can decoupage them with wild, retro patterns, or do something more class with paint. Gather your supplies, and cover your work surface.
Using a sponge applicator, I painted one pumpkin orange, and the other one cream, leaving the stems brown for now. Paper mache really soaks up paint, so it may take 2-3 coats to get good coverage. After the paint is dry, use a 1" paintbrush to dry brush gold metallic paint over the both pumpkins. Paint the stems.
Using a vinyl cutting machine, like a Cricut, Silhouette, or Scan N Cut, cut out bats in varying sizes. Remove the extra vinyl so you only have bats left on your mat.
Do the same with a spook jack-o-lantern face.
Apply the bats starting with the larger ones at the bottom and making a flourish of creepy bats to the top of the pumpkin. Using transfer tape, apply the jack-o-lantern face to the white pumpkin.
Add black gauze to a wooden background. Put our pumpkins in the display and add gross spiders, glitter bats, and ribbon to your display.
I love how this white pumpkin turned out. It looks like a skull face. When Halloween is over, turn the pumpkins around so the bats and jack-o-lantern are hidden. Accent the fall pumpkins sunflowers, mums, cattails, and gourds.
