ADDAMS FAMILY!
Layer the grass skirts around the tomato cage, starting at the bottom working upwards. I just tied them onto the cage with the ties the skirts came with. Add the sunglasses and hat! Finished! You could use him year round also if you change out his hat to meet the seasons! :)
