Instead of the typical reds and pinks, I tried a natural palette for Valentine's Day. Collect things from the yard or nature walks to use in your décor. Accent with natural elements like jute string, pinecones, birds & greenery. There are several projects featured but they are easy and fun to create!

First project is make a medallion for a napkin holder:
Start by cutting out hearts from burlap ribbon.
Next hot glue jute string around the hearts
Glue jute string onto back of the heart, so you will be able to tie it on a napkin holder.
Add your favorite greenery (Hobby Lobby has a large selection)

Next is how to make a beaded heart for a candle:
Twist 2 pipe cleaners together for added strength
String beads onto twisted pipe cleaners
After you add beads, twist ends together to form a circle
Shape into a heart
Add a jute ribbon to tie onto a candle

Next is heart décor for dinnerware:
Cut out hearts on a thin cardboard. I used the back of a notepad. Use 2 cutting boards, one with a hand cutout to poke a hole through middle of cardboard heart
Cut slits so you can easily cut around inside of heart.
Glue twisted jute string around cardboard (Dollar Tree)
Add pinecones and use pieces of greenery to add natural elements
Your Valentine's Day table décor will bring the outside feel into your home for a warm natural aesthetic.
