Use silver Glass Paint Marker to add dots around base.

Set Glass Paint Marker by following manufacturer instructions.
For wine glass charms, roll white Makin's Clay(R) using clay roller to about 1/8".

Use Number clay cutters to cut out numbers - as many as you will need for your gathering.
Make small hole in top of each number with needle. Let dry 24 hours. Apply Glass Paint Marker to color each clay number on both sides. Let dry. Add gold hoop earring for attaching to glass stems.
