    I used a wig head or a balloon for the head and covered it with a white sheet and hung it in a tree. You can use a sharpie or whatever to make the eyes. My kids got a kick out of the simplicity and how quick it was. You could fill a tree with them in no time. It is also one that would be easy to get the kids on, too.

    We made some by draping cheesecloth over a coat hanger, spraying with glue/water mix, then adding another cheesecloth over it, more spray glue. Hung them to dry, painted scary moths and eyes on them , then hung in trees, on gutters, etc with the coat hangers. You can cut the bottom edges to look tattered. They aren't so stiff that you can stack them and store them flat. The older they get, the creepier they look!
