Thanksgiving is right around the corner! Are you hosting this year?! If so, a pretty tablescape is a great way to welcome guests!

I am going to show you how to create a simple and easy Thanksgiving tablescape using decor you may already have on hand!

First, start with a table runner or table cloth! If you don't have one on hand, use a long scarf! They also make beautiful runners!

I had this dough bowl, so decided to use it as my centerpiece. You can always use a basket or even a pretty platter! They are all capable of holding items!

Faux floral is my friend! I mean, I would love to have the real thing; but if faux is what you have, it does the trick too! I bought mine at Joann's Craft Store.

Arrange the floral however you like!!

Pumpkins And Thanksgiving fruits are a great filler! I gathered a bunch of faux pumpkins I had lying around. I added some faux pears too.

I always dress my settings up with chargers! You don't always need fancy , shiny , or holiday themed plates and chargers. I use these wicker woven ones for various seasons.

One way I like to add a touch of color to my tablescapes is with cloth napkins. I use these pretty pale yellow colored ones for my fall and Halloween tablescapes.

I personally love the seasonal napkins from Hearth & Hand at Target. They always have pretty, subtle napkins for the seasons.

To top off each setting, I add a dinner plate and salad plate. In my case, I used plates I had on hand. The little pumpkin plates are more for decor purposes. I don't think they would hold much salad. Lol

I found the pumpkin plates in Target's Dollar Spot last year. Unfortunately, I don't think they had them this year.

That's it! Super easy and pretty. Tablescapes don't always have to be extravagant and fancy to be welcoming!
