Wine bottle corks, they are worth keeping. I collect them also from my friends. Corks are very useful for crafting.
Here's one idea. It is also ideal for Valentines Day decors.

In my opinion, wine corks are beautiful. Cork material is comfortable to the touch. The natural feeling.
I made heart with corks. First I hot glued them on cardboard. Then I Cut out the pattern. And I glued heart into place.
I glued the bottom of the black leather. Then I glued heart into place.
