Valentine's Day Vignettes

Do you decorate for Valentine's Day? I haven't in the last few years but I was inspired this year when I found these cute conversation hearts I had stored.
I used to hang them in my windows with suction cups when my girls were younger. I couldn't find the suction cups so I used them to make a little Valentin'es vignette instead.
I added them to this old window I picked up at a flea market. The candlesticks are also upcycled, I painted and distressed them with chalk paint.
I wanted to keep a farmhouse feel to this vignette, so I finished it off with a grapevine wreath and a little whiskey barrel pail with tulips. This was a quick and easy (and inexpensive) vignette for Valentine's Day! Check out my blog post to see some more adorable Valentine's Day decorating ideas from other bloggers!
