Button Bookmarks for Kids

Check out this fun little tutorial for creating Button Bookmarks for your kids!
When I was a child I loved to collect. From porcelain dolls to stickers, to books, to bookmarks, and the list goes on and on. My sticker and bookmark collection were by far my easiest collections to collect. Every time I learned a new song on the piano my teacher would put a little checkmark on the back of the sticker, and when the whole sheet of stickers were checked I would receive the sheet of stickers as a reward.
The bookmarks were prizes for memorizing Bible verses for Sabbath School. Every week I memorized a new verse and received a new Bible related bookmark.

Although most all of my collections still exist my bookmark collection is completely gone. I tried to save them and keep them safe but I was a kid, so I basically lost them as fast as I would read a book – which was surprisingly fast.
Since two out of the three types of Cherry Blossom Bookmarks I made last spring are now being used as headbands, I thought it was time to show you how to make bookmarks that can easily be made & replaced as needed.

So since the paper clip Cherry Blossom Bookmark has worked out so well, and I have hundred of buttons from my wedding and antiquing excursions, I thought I would show you how easy it is to make your own little Button Bookmarks for Kids – or for yourself!
