Money is one of those gifts that you can't go wrong with... especially when it comes to kids and teens. I love finding new and creative ways to give money and came up with this hot cocoa money gift holder. These can be used as ornaments also or cute holiday décor for the kitchen!

Start by cutting your pool noodles into the size you want your mugs. You will also need a thin piece that will be used as the handle.

Glue a piece of paper to the bottom and trim the edges. Insert the money into the "mug".

Decorate your mug. You can use vinyl, stickers, paper... anything you want. Get creative with your mugs. You can add the name of the person receiving the gift also. Cut the thin pool noodle in half and glue on for the handle.

Glue on tissue paper and pom poms for the whipped cream and marshmallows.

This is the cutest money gift holder I've ever made. Who wouldn't like to receive this? Depending how big your pool noodle is, you can add small prizes also or make enough for an advent calendar. The sky is the limit! I had everything for this on hand, so the only cost was the money inside.
