Kaisercraft Criss Cross Card With Love
Send some love with a homemade card created with scrapbook materials from Kaisercraft’s With Love collection. Cut two pieces of card stock measuring 4¼ inches and 11 inches. Next, score each piece 5½ inches in.
From the first piece of card stock, cut off a corner, angled from the centre of the top side to the right-hand corner. Next, from the second piece of card stock, cut off a corner, angled from the centre of the top side to the left-hand corner.
Stick the rectangular part of both pieces of card stock together, creating two triangular flaps that overlap one another.
Cut out a 4 inch x 5¼ inch piece from the scrapbook paper. Again, cut off a corner, angled from the top left-hand corner to the bottom right. Repeat this on another piece of scrapbook paper, this time angled from the top right-hand corner to the bottom left.
Glue the scrapbook paper onto both triangular pieces.
Stick tape onto the lowest part of the central piece. Also stick tape onto the bottom, including a section of the point of the scrapbook paper that you want at the top. Stick it all together.
For the card itself, cut a piece of card stock measuring 3¾ inches x 5¼ inches, and a second piece measuring 3½ inches x 4¾ inches. Using the 3 in 1 corner punch, punch the corners at the top of these two pieces at 10mm. Stick the pieces of paper onto one another.
Cut a strip of card stock measuring 1 inch x 12 inches. Fold it around the card and stick it down.
Fasten a ribbon around the band and finish off with various collectables.
