Why not add a little bit of fun to your Christmas decorating with a 'Mock Christmas Pressie Stack'?
You could make these on a grander scale, but for this years decorating I opted for a mini stack that sat perfectly on my sideboard next to my also mini tree. :)
Have a selection of boxes and Christmas paper in the designs and colours of your choice ready.
Wrap the boxes. I used glue and sellotape to secure ends of the wrapping.
Next: Embellish the wrapped boxes to make them extra pretty and Christmasy.
I used craft string to make a bow on one box.
The bow focal was glued in place so that it remained as it and didn't droop when the box was turned onto its side in the stack.
I used Stickers with a Christmas theme on another pressie box.
The top pressie box is tied with more craft string and a cut out from one last years Christmas cards.
(I cut out pretty bits from cards to recycle on other crafts and to make new cards too.)
And the bottom pressie box has a Stampin Up stamp as the focal, which I had stamped and coloured a little on white card then cut out.
Arrange your Mock Christmas Pressie Stack on a table, book shelf or sideboard... Put something on top if you wish.
I put a little paper bird on top...but an elf would look great too.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and Christmas crafting is so much fun!
