Gift in a Jar
Hi Mr. B: I'd mix all the dry ingredients for a homemade cake, brownies, or cooking, together in the jar and then screw on the lid. Mod Podge the directions on a piece of paper on the outside of the jar, wrap a pretty ribbon around the neck of the jar, and give it as the gift. This way the individuals can make a dessert in just a few minutes and then have the jar with handle to use for refreshments, a vase, etc. Hope this helps.
What about using them as vases for fresh flowers? Tie some twine or ribbon around them, attach a personalized handwritten note, and brighten someones day with a bouquet :)
