Check out these bath salts for kids! Try this ocean-themed bath salts DIY that fans of Baby Shark will enjoy using in the tub. Bath time can be stressful or it can be lots of fun.

You can use Epsom salts for kids’ baths in the same way that you use them for adults. Epsom salt baths for toddlers have been recommended for things like eczema, constipation, and sleep problems.

These bath salts for kids do not have essential oils in them. There is a gentle scent from the sweet almond oil. However, you could certainly add a bit of lavender to help with sleep or a bit of lemon and marjoram for congestion.

All you need to do is to:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Separate them into two bowls
  3. Dye them two different colors
  4. Add the sprinkles and layer.
