I am doing all homemade Christmas ornaments this year, and these cute little hoop ornaments are my first group. Here's how I made them!
I started with 4 inch wooden embroidery hoops, and this cute snowflake cotton fabric.
I used the outer hoop to trace circles in the fabric. I used two pieces for each hoop, so the fabric is right side out on both sides. Once traced on the fabric, I carefully cut out the circles. I then placed them in the hoops, each piece facing outwards.
I bought greenery, pine cones, cinnamon sticks, and some glittery bows. I cut small pieces from the greenery and used hot glue to attach the items on the inside of the hoops.
Here is the finished project. It was quick and easy and fun to make these.
