I had some scrap lumber that I wanted to use to add to my homemade ornaments this year, this is what I came up with. This was a very inexpensive project, because I already had most of the supplies on hand.
I had some pieces of 1/4 inch plywood left over from another project, so I decided to use them to add to my homemade ornaments for my tree. I started by cutting the wood into 3''X 4'' pieces and drilled holes into each one.
I had some Christmas stamps and stamp pads that I bought from Michaels.
I stamped both sides of each piece. I then stamped the side edges all the way around and added a glittery pipe cleaner for hanging.
Here are the finished pieces all ready to hang on the tree.
Suggested materials:
  • Wooden blanks   (Already had)
  • Stamps and ink   (Michaels)
  • Glittery pipe cleaners   (Dollar Tree)
