Wood Burning Ornaments

Hey Hometalk! These ornaments are easy to make and look super rustic and cozy on the tree! Take a look to see how I made these.

I first chopped up my log into thin slices. Keep in mind that if you'd rather not cut the wood yourself, you can pick up wood slices like these from a craft store.

Here's how they look! I love the rustic and natural look.

I then grabbed these cute stencils, you can use whatever stencil you'd like.

I then used this scorch marker to trace out the design. This marker is great! You just apply it to the design, heat it up, and the design is burnt into the wood.

Then, using my heat gun, I burned the design onto the wood slice.

It's as easy as that! It looks clean and perfect!
