Alice in Wonderland Centerpiece

3 Materials
I’m a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, first the Disney movie and, as I became older, the original story by Lewis Carroll. The story has inspired me to create a teapot birdbath (pictures HERE), a door table (HERE), and a bird feeder (HERE). When I was given the opportunity to work with Deep Red Stamps and choose from their site, I literally jumped for joy when I saw the Wonderland stamps they have available on their site. (PLEASE VISIT MY SITE FOR LINKS TO ALL THE PROJECTS!)
I combined their stamps with some of my favorite Xyron tools to create this whimsical Mad Hatter tea pot decor. This piece looks great as a centerpiece, but it can also be used as storage. My creation is going in my craft room and will hold paint brushes! They’ll be neatly tucked away under the “hat”.
I love the intricate details on these stamps! You can create so many home decor items with stamps.
Lamination with no heat...protects my project and makes it last longer.
I actually have paint brushes hiding under the hat! I keep this in my craft room to brighten it up and hide my supplies. This would make a great centerpiece, too.
You can see how I made this project in this very short video tutorial. If you have any questions, leave a comment on my video or blog post and I’ll answer ASAP.
