Chalkboard Banner for the Mantle

This project is a simple but oh-so-fun project: a chalkboard banner.
Yes, I have officially jumped on the pendant banner band wagon. Sigh. But I embrace it because it is chalkboard and I love chalkboard anything.
This pendant kit comes wrapped up in one pretty package.
You just take out the individual pendants by ripping on the perforated line.
Then you just use the twine that comes with it to string through the pre-punched holes.
Thank you for making this craft all fun and minimal effort.
Write your message or decorate and you’re done!
I decided a nice welcome would be fun for the mantle.
This is the pre-cut and ready to go chalkboard banner you can buy at Michaels. So easy and cute!
Just tear each sheet out on the perforated line.
Then use the included twine to run through the pre-punched holes.
Then write your message on the pieces and hang!
It's so easy and fun!

Thanks Megan! Hubby just wanted to buy a new table but I knew up-purposing to the chalkboard table would end up great! Not only do my grandkids enjoy it, but my friends and I find ourselves drawing and scribbling while sitting on the deck without even realizing it sometimes! :-)

@Sherry Knott Haha! That's so fun! It's funny that your husband wanted a new one and you wanted to save yours. Sometimes it seems like we beg our husbands for new furniture. But I'm with you - if I can save something I'm all for it. They usually turn out to be the best!

I'm with you Megan...you might even call me a cheapskate lol...but I also love re-purposing and up-purposing things!
