Here's how you can make a balloon arch with some tape! It's super easy.

You won't believe how it is to make a balloon garland. For the garland it self you'll only need some clear tape, a hole punch and balloons.

I worked in 4 foot sections and quadrupled my tape. Than I used my hole punch and made holes on this strip of tape. The photo above actually shows too many holes. Once I started applying the balloons I realized these holes were too close together. For my last few strips I did the holes about 3 inches apart which worked perfect.

Here's how it looks once you start popping the balloon knots through the holes you punched in the tape. The tape becomes pretty invisible once you hang the garland.

To add confetti to my balloons I used a funnel. I learned that confetti that is light weight works best ( tissue paper like). The confetti that was thicker plastic just sank to the bottom of the balloons. I've heard you can coat the inside of your balloons with elmers glue and that'll make your confetti stick. I've never tried this though. I'm also not sure if the glue will look nasty once dried up.

Once the balloon garland was hanging on display I also applied small balloons with clear adhesive dots to fill all the gaps. Also keep in mind your balloons will shrink so do this as close to the party as possible.

Here's how the balloon garland looks all complete.
