Have an abundance of Jalapeno and Bell Peppers and don't know what to do with them???

Make Pepper Jelly!! Never made it before...found two recipes, didn't really agree with either one fully, so I took steps from each one, merged them, crossed my fingers, did my "thang", and ta-da! Took a jar to work for my "taste-testers" to try it out, and they approved....sooooo...the recipe goes down in the books, and I will make some more!

Got the approval from the girls at work, so the recipe is a keeper!!

    We slice all our jalapenos (actually any kind will do) then buy a package of bread and butter pickles. Follow directions on pkg using vinegar and sugar. pack peppers in canning jars and fill with liquid. In a week you can open a jar and eat them. This is one of our favorite ways to use up extra peppers. We don't even put them in a bath ! They go fast... Enjoy !!
