How can I make a Catio for my cat?

I have a big deck on front or a small patio on back of my mobile home. I need to transform one of them cheaply and easily to a catio.

What is the word Catio? Not sure what you are asking.

  Its a patio with some kind of screening to keep your cat in but let them be outside. Essentially its a cat run.
