Cats HATE cinnamon. I am not sure how you would make a 'spray' but maybe you could just sprinkle a bit of it on? Check to make sure it won't stain if it is cloth/carpet. We sprinkle it on Christmas treeat my son's house to keep cat off. Seems to work great. You might also check fabric sprays like Febreeze to see if they have a cinnamon scent. You can also use cinnamon sticks. Tie into little bundles with a pretty ribbon. I suppose you could mix a bit of cinnamon with water in a spray bottle and see if that works. Good Luck.
