I live in Canada and I need a DYI winter greenhouse help??

I live in Canada and I just bought a farm. I would love to grow my own fruits and veggies through the winter but not sure which materials to use or how to heat the green house but also interested in having the green house help heat my home in the cooler mths. This is a total dyi project and I need your help.

Look up how to build a solar greenhouse. If you can find The Solar Greenhouse Book by James. C. McCullagh, it has everything you need to know. I took a class by a professor friend of his. If you decide to heat it by other means, it can get very expensive.
The book tells you how to orient the greenhouse according to the sun, the type of glass to use and everything you need to build a working greenhouse in deep snow in the winter.
Go on YouTube , key in DYI greenhouse. There are lots of ideas and some offer budget.
